Not only do we offer an extremely competitive basic salary and a great commission structure, we will take you through a comprehensive 4-week in house training programme to develop your skills and knowledge, so you can achieve a rewarding career in car sales.
Customer Services
Selling 100s of cars per week, our award-winning team are dedicated to ensuring every customer receives a 5* experience. From our collections team, who process over 240 car purchases per day, through to our call centre and after sales teams, excellent customer service is at their core to ensure we deliver the best choice, value and service to our customers.
Workshops
Our workshop employees are a key part of our success. Working in over 14 acres of state-of-the-art workshops, you will have the chance to work on a variety of cars. From booking in used cars, to completing mechanical repairs, pre-sales inspections and quality control checks, there are a number of opportunities to suit you. We also offer a successful Apprenticeship Programme, where you can gain a recognised qualification whilst also harnessing your skills.
